Snowboarders & Freeskiers DTS

Riding Times

Living a snowball’s throw away from one of the resorts enables you to go ride three to four times a week. You will have all weekend and up to two afternoons to go and have fun on one of the mountains around us. With your season pass you can ride as much as possible on all the different mountains around Davos, and you can also use the local transportation system to get around the entire town.

With your mountain pass you will be able to ride on 5 different mountains and 300 km of runs spread over 85 descents, Davos Klosters is one of the largest Alpine winter sports regions. And the best part of it is that there is something for all winter sports enthusiasts: carvers, freeriders, snowboarders and those who want to take things just a little easier.

JAKOBSHORN

Good vibrations on the freestyle mountain

As of December 2014, winter sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the new, state-of-the-art tributary cable car from Davos Platz to Jschalp. At the top of the mountain, daredevils will find the “JatzPark” with four runs featuring 20 elements such as kickers and rails. At the foot of Jakobshorn, in direct proximity to the Bolgen ski lift, you will find another freestyler highlight: a superpipe.

PARSENN

The classic run

Parsenn, which links Davos and Klosters, is the cradle of skiing in Switzerland. In 1895, four English tourists lost their way on the Weissfluhjoch and ultimately landed in Küblis, thereby discovering the 12 km-long Parsenn descent - an Alpine myth was born. Since the opening of the funicular railway over 80 years ago, Parsenn has become the classic skiing mountain with endless descents on wide slopes and stylish and traditional mountain lodges - as shown by the Parsenn Derby, the oldest ski race in Switzerland. The Parsenn ski arena can be reached from Davos using the Parsenn funicular railway and from Klosters by the Gotschna cable car.

RINERHORN

Challenging slopes away from the hustle and bustle

This is our home mountain and ist gondolas are just a 7min stroll away from where you will be living. Rinerhorn offers sick powered runs as well as lots of natural hips and drops you can play with. In addition to its extensive wealth of ski slopes, the resort features a 3.5 km long toboggan run.

PISCHA

The skiing resort for freeriders, snowshoers, winter hikers and sun worshippers

The sunny winter sports resort in the Flüela Valley is a haven for alternative winter sports and not so much the classic downhill events. On Pischa, for instance, the downhill slope is not groomed. The cable car between Dörfji and Pischa is in operation all winter; the ski lift will only run during the season of 2015/16. The focus here lies on sports such as winter hiking, snowshoeing, freeriding, deep snow ski tours and fat biking.

MADRISA

The sunny family mountain

It is family friendly but fun mountain in our neighbour town of Klosters. You can reach it for free your our mountain pass by train and bus or just drop down from Parsenn and head over to Madrisa
